A delicious salad that I picked up from a girlfriend when she hosted our monthly bunko night. Absolutely delicious. If you don't like as much "sweetness" you can modify the sugar.

  1. brown walnuts and ramen noodles with 1 tblspoon butter and let cool.
  2. combine broccoli, lettuce, and cranraisins with walnuts and ramen noodles and toss in a bowl.
  3. combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a jar and shake vigorously and then toss with salad just before serving.
