I will make extra mashed potatoes just for these. They are great as a different appetizer or served with a salad or soup for lunch or a light dinner.

Made for NYE.
The flavor was good, but they didn't stay - they became flat disc's that didn't look appetizing. I will re make again.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a bowl combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add enough of the flour to make a stiff mixture. Chill.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in cornflakes.
  4. Place on greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
