This recipe caught my eye & I wasn't disappointed. The crunchiness is stellar & the sour cream made for a terrific non runny dressing. I used a 16 oz bag of peas, added a generous amount of the lemon pepper seasoning suggested by another reviewer, and added a half cup of grated cheddar cheese. I will definitely make this again. Thank you for sharing the recipe! Discovered during Pick A Chef Spring 2012. :-)
This was very tasty and simple to make. Made for PAC Spring 2012
Instead of the slices of bacon, I used 3 tablespoons o Hormel's Real Bacon Pieces, & then I substituted lemon pepper for the usual S&P ~ All for a very nicely flavorful salad! Love those peas! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block recipe tag]
