Good recipe for a hot day. Not something for everyone but really tasty. When I make it I use regular prepared mustard since I don't like dijon mustard. Would be great for brunch!

  1. In a large bowl toss together the peas (still frozen), celery, water chestnuts, onion, green pepper and cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing, sour cream and dijon.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables and stir to combine.
  4. Sprinkle in bacon and sunflower seeds and stir well.
  5. Chill for several hours.
