    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a 9 x 5" loaf pan.
    2. 2
      Cream butter and sugar together; beat in eggs one at a time.
    3. 3
      Mix flour, oats, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture with bananas and milk.
    4. 4
      Stir in peanuts and turn into prepared pan.
    5. 5
      Bake for an hour or until bread tests done.
    6. 6
      Cool ten minutes; turn out of pan to finish cooling.
