This was my Gigi's (grandma) recipe. Tangy and crunchy with a sweet twist.
- 1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- In a medium bowl, whip cool whip, lemonade, and milk until smooth.
- Fold in pineapple and nuts.
- Pour into crusts.
- Chill until stiff, several hours.
