This was a big hit at my house. My very picky DD asked that I make it again. I didn't have any cornflakes in the house so I used Rice Chex. It turned out great. Next time I make it I will try the cornflakes even though my DS asked that I make it again with the Rice Chex. Thanks for a great chicken recipe Dorothy.

  1. Heat oven to 425°F degrees.
  2. Spray rectangular pan (9x13x2-inch) with cooking spray.
  3. Mix 2 tablespoons butter, the milk, chives, salt and garlic powder.
  4. Mix crushed cereal, parsley and paprika.
  5. Dip chicken into milk mixture, then coat lightly and evenly with cereal mixture.
  6. Place in pan.
  7. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons butter.
  8. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink when centres of thickest pieces are cut.
