Yogurt with a sprinkling of some fine sweet and nutty embellishments. I gave Pepper, my cockatiel, a bite. His seed breath can be smelled a good 5 inches from his beak. That is, unless he sneezes, then it's no less than 5 feet. Made for Gluten Free Recipe Tag.

Oh this is soooooooo yummy! It is fruity, refreshing, nutty and I just love the cinnamon touch. Instead of plain sunflower seeds I used honey roasted ones and that was really nice, though Im sure plain would have been tasty, too. I think next time I might reduce the amount of cinnamon used a bit as I found it to be a little overpowering.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for shairng this keeper with us, kate! :)

Loved the fruit in the yogurt...used 0 fat greek yogurt. Enjoyed the almonds, but was a little skeptical about the sunflower seeds. Maybe I'm just not used to the mix.....but I will say this, it was very filling and kept me full until lunch! Thanks for sharing!
