This was something my momma always made for Thanksgiving. I found her recipe! I hope anyone tring this will enjoy it. This recipe can be sugar free.

  1. Boil cranberries and water until soft.
  2. Add sugar, cook 5 minute longer.
  3. Pour mixture over gelaten.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add celery, nuts and salt.
  6. Chill until firm.
