This recipe was given to me by my neighbor. I have a recipe similiar but not quite the same. I haven't tried these yet, but I'm hoping to next week sometime. Let me know what you think of them.

Directions

  1. Blend sugars, shortening, oil, egg, vanilla and milk.
  2. Add flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Make into balls and flatten with fork.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
