Crunchy Chicken-Cheese Bake

- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 slice swiss cheese (I use cheddar) or 4 slice American cheese, each cut in half (I use cheddar)
- 304.75 g can campbell cream of chicken soup
- 3 slice tomatoes (thin slices)
- 29.58 ml margarine, melted
- 118.29 ml pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- hot cooked rice
directions
- In 3 quart oblong baking dish, place chicken, top with cheese.
- Stir soup and spread over cheese; top with tomato.
- Combine margarine and stuffing, sprinkle over tomato.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is bubbly and stuffing is browned.
- Serve over rice.

I am now a full time homemaker, having retired from a career in Market Resarch for over 20 years-a profession I entered after raising 4 children. Why this field after a degree in Music Education? Who knows? It just appealed to me and the hours were right at first when my children were still at home.
