This is a difficult review to do. I made this recipe twice. The first time, I followed the recipe to the letter, and ended up with a mixture that smelled awesome, but it had a consistancy of prepared oatmeal. NOW, that said, I re-made the recipe and omitted the egg, and the milk. And I ended up with something that held shape as I made them into balls. And, they were great. Nice and crispy. I cooked up 6 of them for me for supper, and froze the rest to have another time. I do have to say, I did contact mydesigirl for help, and she was helpful. So, thanks mydesigirl for your help.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a bowl,mix all ingredients throughly except cornflake crumbs.
  2. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  3. Roll into cornflake crumbs.
  4. Arrange in a greased shallow baking pan and bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until browned.
