First made by my husband back in college. He made it one day at home and kids love it as a fast easy snack or light lunch.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • 3 drops water
  • 14 cup shredded cheese, your favorite (or 2 slices)

Directions

  1. Split the dry noodles along the seam so you end up with 2 flat sections.
  2. Use fingertips to moisten top surface of the dry noodles, too much water and end result will be chewy.
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of the seasoning packet over the wet noodles.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Place on microwave safe plate and cook for 15-30 seconds until cheese melts.
  6. Enjoy the crunchy creation!
