  1. 1. Peel the outer layer of broccoli stalks with a vegetable peeler. Cut the stalks into matchsticks. Combine with the next four ingredients.
  2. 2. Blend the lime juice and olive oil.
  3. 3. Mix together with the vegetables until lightly coated. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with almonds.
