Found this simple recipe on facebook! It is surprising how much baking the broccoli changes the flavor. The result is addicting!!
- Put ingredients in ziploc bag and shake. Spreak out evenly on non stick baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
We love this recipe and have made it twice in the last 10 days or so. Sometimes the broccoli needs to go just a little longer. It depends how roasted you like the broccoli. It's also good reheated quickly in the microwave.<br/><br/>One tip - try to cut most of the stalk off as it gets woody. I buy the florets.
I found after 27 minutes the broccoli was burned and not crispy at all. I used fresh broccoli. Was i not supposed to?
I loved this! I used a little cayenne pepper instead of black pepper. I really liked the crispness of the broccoli florets! Tagged for Spring PAC 2014, and placed into my Best of 2014 cookbook!
