  1. Combine vanilla yogurt and amaretto; stir well.
  2. Spoon evenly into 2 stemmed glasses.
  3. Sprinkle with almonds and cookie crumbs.
  4. Yum!
  5. * Toast in dry skillet. Stir or shake while toasting. Watch carefully!
