Found this cut out of some magazine, sorry, don't know exactly where it came from. It sure sounds good, though!
- 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Amaretto
- 2 teaspoons slivered almonds, toasted*
- 4 amaretti cookies, crushed (0.75 inch)
- Combine vanilla yogurt and amaretto; stir well.
- Spoon evenly into 2 stemmed glasses.
- Sprinkle with almonds and cookie crumbs.
- * Toast in dry skillet. Stir or shake while toasting. Watch carefully!
