A crunchy salad that is good anytime.
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 3 cups apples, diced
- 1⁄2 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 3⁄4-1 cup mayonnaise (to taste)
- 3⁄4-1 cup sour cream (to taste)
- Soak raisins in orange juice overnight. Drain, and then combine raisins with other ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Chill until ready to serve.
