- 1⁄3 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups broccoli, in flowerets
- 1 1⁄2 cups grilled chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1⁄3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1⁄2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (old)
- In a large bowl, mix the yogourt and the mayonnaise,lemon juice and paprika. Season generously.Add the remaining ingredients, stir well and let stand a few minutes before serving.
