My mother has always done cutlets on a baking tray in the oven and they come out So tender and delicious
- break egg into a bowl and whisk.
- Dip cutlets into egg to coat.
- coast cutlets in dry stuffing mix as you would to bread them.
- place on a baking tray and cook at 350F for approx 40 minutes or until golden.
- DO NOT turn them over.
I tried this last night, the only thing I did different was to add a handful of parmesan cheese and it came out fantastic, the meat was really tender and the crust gave it a taste all of it's own. Everyone loved it so this one will be going into the recipe book for sure, thanks for sharing.
