Not enough brown sugar in recipe. The topping should be made separately and have more sugar and butter in it. Out of all coffee cake recipes I have made and I have made a lot this is not even worth making.

Loved the flavor and it couldn't have easier to make. My only issue was that the edges were really starting to brown at 30 mins and the center was still raw. Next time I'll bake it at 350. This cake smells so good while baking. Thanks for posting the recipe.
This recipe was fantastic! My boyfriend and I devoured it in a couple of days time. It's very buttery and delicious.
