Crozy's Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies taste amazing and are fairly easy to make!

  1. Beat peanut butter, both sugars and baking soda together until combined.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. Mix in flour and chocolate chips.
  4. Shape dough into balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet (do not use an insulated sheet). Flatten slightly with fingers.
  5. Bake at 325 for about 10 minutes, or until cookies are puffed and lightly browned around the edges; centres will be soft.

These cookies are terrific! They came out beautifully. I have to disagree with a former reviewer regarding adding water - that shouldn't be done to baking! And these cookies were just great by following the recipe. Thanks dcrosgrey!

the dough for these cookies was extreemely crumbly and i could barely form a ball. the cooked product was fairly unstable as well but tasted delicious so i added a tablespoon or so of water to bind the cookies and they turned all greasy and tough. i was making them to give some to a lady i know and i felt they looked unpresentable so we ended up tossing them and only eating the first crumbley batch before i added water because they still tasted good. i put half chocolate chips and half peanut butter chips wich i thought was delicious. i wish these would have worked out better.
