We loved these tasty fish cakes! I shaped mine into more of a patty so that I could fry in less oil and still get a nice crispy crust. I topped with a sauce of a little sour cream mixed with some salsa. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Great Fish Balls. A nice balance between the tuna and potato. I didn't bother egg and breadcrumbing them. Just flattened the balls a little and fried gently until golden brown on bothe sides. This is a real keeper and makes a great quick mid-week meal. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap March 2013.
wow these are good just used 2 boiled potatoes grated them up with 2 cans drained tuna fish egg and i put the bread crumbs in the mix instead of flour easy and good tasting
