- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream, fat free
- 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- Mix everything except sour cream in slow cooker for 6 hours on low. Mix in sour cream and serve over baked potatoes or rice.
