Crockette Creamy Corn and Broccoli

I am having trouble eating enough vegetables. I thought if a make a quantity of veggies, I could eat them throughout the week. This recipe was a perfect one to start with as it is easy to put together and delicious. It will cook up nicely in the smaller crockpots known as crockettes, so you will still have your larger pot for the entree. If you wish to cook this dish in the 3-1/2 to 4-quart crockpot, be sure to double the recipe. Recipe from BH&G,

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Spray inside of a 1-1/2 to 2-quart crockpot. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix gently.
  2. Spoon mixture into crockpot. Cover and cook on LO heat for 5-6 hours or on HI heat for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
  3. Gently stir before stirring.
