Simple and easy. Only four ingredients makes this extremely quick to start in the mornings for a delicious meal at night.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb rump roast, trimmed
  • 1 (2 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope au jus mix
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Place roast in Crock aPot. Mix water with seasoning and gravy mixes. Pour over roast. Cook on low for 5 hours or until done.
