I adapted this from another recipe I found online - the flavors were amazing! It's a little sweet, a little spicy and the peanuts give it an amazing textural difference too!

  1. slice chicken and place in crock pot.
  2. mix remaining ingredients together (except the corn starch, extra peanuts, cilantro, and green onions) and pour over chicken.
  3. cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
  4. during the last hour of cooking, add the corn starch slurry.
  5. garnish with chopped cilantro, peanuts and green onions.
