This steak comes out very tender and I love the sauce. I serve over rice.
- 2 -2 1⁄2 lbs boneless sirloin steaks, cut up in small pieces
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Combine all ingredients and pour over steak.
- Cook on low 4 to 6 hours in crock pot.
- Serve over rice.
This was so simple & very good! I changed a few things..........used fresh ginger, brown sugar and a low sodium soy sauce. Served with sticky rice (though Jasmine or Basmati rice would also be good) and Oriental Green Beans.
