  1. Season beef on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown beef on both sides in oil in skillet.
  3. Place beef in the bottom of the crock pot.
  4. Top beef with vegetables.
  5. Stir together tomatoes with their juice, and the gravy.
  6. Pour tomato/gravy mixture over all.
  7. Cook on low for 7-9 hours.

This was just the comfort I needed. It was great! The left overs will make a great base for a quick put together soup too.

This was very yummy! My family loved it. I could not find the jarred gravy so I used 2 packets and mixed with water and just added that to the crock and it came out great.
