I really enjoyed this recipe. We ended up putting in one can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos, and one stewed. Also added flour to the sauce to thicken it into more of a gravy. Thanks, it was great!

I made this Swiss Steak for a Senior Citizen Dinner we had on the 28th of last month. I made dinner for 75 people and this recipe fit the bill. The only thing I did different was I cooked them in the oven on 250 degrees over night. AWESOME reviews from the seniors and their families. Thanks for posting.

This recipe was great, I love swiss steak, and to find a recipe that I can put and forget for awhile was great. I added a little more flour towards the end of the cooking time to make it thicker. Thanks
