- 9.85 ml olive oil
- 340.19 g Italian sausage, cut into 1 chunks
- 340.19 g stewing beef, trimmed of fat
- 411.06 g can beef broth
- 29.58 ml tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 5-6 red potatoes, cubed (unpeeled)
- 283.49 g white mushrooms, quartered
- 2 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4.92 ml pepper
- 3.69 ml salt (or to taste)
- 9.85 ml oregano
- 1 head cauliflower, cored & cut into bite-sized pieces (about 4 cups)
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 2.46 ml Tabasco sauce (4 shakes)
directions
- In a skillet, warm oil over medium heat, and saute meat until browned and thoroughly cooked.
- Drain off fat and set aside.
- In the crock pot, whisk together the broth and tomato paste.
- Add all remaining ingredients and meat to the crock pot and stir.
- Cover and cook until meat and veggies are tender (6-8 hours on LOW or 3-4 hours on HIGH).
- Stir well before serving.
