This was so hearty and delish. I made it for Thanksgiving and have been craving ever since. Will be making it again. I used reduced fat cheddar instead of American cheese.
Absolutely delightful, and very easy! Perfect side-dish for sausages, and I'm going to try the leftovers as a filling for a vegetarian lasagne. Thank you!
Nice and cheesey! I cooked it on low for the 4 hours. It stayed moist and creamy. Since I have to have onions in everything, I added some chopped onions, but otherwise made this as written. I'll make this again. Thanx for sharing.
Made this for PAC Fall 2007. This was very good and made a wonderful side dish. I think next time I will try it with a pepper cheese. Thanks Lainey for a great spinach dish.
