This would have been perfect if I had followed the directions! I only used 1 1/2 cups of milk and should have used two as stated. I was able to correct it afterward though by adding more milk when I reheated it. It is the best scalloped potato and ham recipe for the crockpot I have found and will make it again. Thank you for sharing.

Tweaks
-
This isn't so much a tweak as it is a hint. I had a lot of oil from the cheese floating on top of the potatoes, which was no appetizing to me. If this happens to you, you can blot the oil off the top with a paper towel. Lay the paper towel flat on the surface and it will absorb the oil without sucking up the good cheese sauce. Change out the paper towel as many times as needed to eliminate the oil. Hope this helps someone.
