- 8 potatoes, sliced
- 1 lb chopped up ham
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or 2 cups swiss cheese
- 10 1⁄2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- Layer ingredients in order listed. Put crockpot on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5 hours.
- Number of Servings: 8.
I follow this recipe anytime I have leftover ham. I also add a little garlic powder for flavoring.
