I make this all the time. It smells wonderful as it cooks all day. My family loves it. It's even better the next day. We usually don't have any leftovers or very little.

  1. Place roast and onion in crock pot sprayed with Pam.
  2. Add bay leaf, soy sauce and garlic powder.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 1 hour and then low 6 hours.
  4. Slice and Serve.

This was so good. I have made this a couple of times already and each time my family ate it all up. Hardly any leftovers. Very easy to make. One thing though, the recipe calls for 2 T. soy sauce, I just sprinkled it on there until the roast was covered in it. (it was more than what the recipe called for). This is diffently a keeper.

This is super easy and so tasty. I started with a mostly frozen roast that I browned in a pan on all sides. It was fall apart tender and so flavorful. After the roast was cooked I removed it from the slow cooker and thickened up the juices with some corn starch for a quick gravy I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was great. Fast and easy, both my husband and son loved it. My house smelled so good when it was cooking.
