- 1 lb sausage
- 4 (15 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 cup catsup
- Put all in crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours.
Great beans! I used 2lbs. of sausage and there were no leftovers. I think that this would be a SUPER dish for fall/winter. It sure did make the house smell wonderful! Thanks!!!
Great down-home meal! I used turkey sausage and replaced the dried onions with 1/4 tsp. of onion powder. I also cubed a 19 oz. can of whole potatoes and stirred them in to make a one-dish meal. Very filling & delicious!
