Crock Pot Roast With Horseradish Sauce

ingredients
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml dried oregano
- 2.46 ml dried thyme
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 1360.77 g beef eye round

Horseradish Sauce
- 226.79 g carton sour cream
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml prepared horseradish (or fresh would be even better)
- 1 clove of crushed garlic or 0.61 ml garlic powder
- 4.92 ml beef bouillon granules (I didn't use.) (optional)
directions
- For the roast: Combine seasonings and rub mixture over roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours in a slow cooker.
- Remove meat and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
- Serve with horseradish sauce.
- While the roast is cooking, prepare the horseradish sauce by combining all ingredients.
- Cover and chill.
