Loved it. Great tangy BBQ sauce. You have to make sure you pour a bunch of the sauce on the meat when you eat it. The sauce is not thick, but I'm guessing this is Carolina style sauce which isn't thick.

Delicious. Nice tangy BBQ sauce. I will use this sauce on other dishes too.

My husband and son couldn't stop eating it; great flavor. I didn't give five stars b/c I wanted the sauce to be thicker.

Hubby made this one for us and it was even better the next day. The only thing we will change next time is we'll add a little more hot sauce. We really wanted an extra kick! This one's a keeper.

Pets, you are sooo right, this was a piece of cake with the crockpot. Easy easy easy... the meat was just falling off the bones, soft and tasty. The only thing I changed slightly was a little less salt... becuase I'm trying to cut down and eat healthier. This taste was BBQ but not in-you-face, and as a result I could enjoy the flavour of the meat .. the taste was mellow and I could easily have eaten double:) Even though I had less meat (two servings) I still cooked it for 8 hours. Please see my rating system: a wonderful 5 stars for a super easy recipe with super duper taste :) Thanks !
