- 453.59 g dried navy beans, soaked overnight
- 1656.13 ml water
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 medium stalk celery, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 226.79 g andouille sausages, chopped
- 44.37 ml creole seasoning
- 3 small jalapeno peppers, minced
directions
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low about 8 hours or until beans are done.
