Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin

"This recipe sounds crazy, and my family looked at me like I'd lost my mind when I told them what I'd put in it, but it really does taste fantastic. The grapes I used were too tart to be eaten by themselves. I use an immersion blender, but you can use a regular blender or food processor if you'd like."

directions

  • Combine cranberry sauce and water in crockpot, cutting to spread the cranberry sauce evenly. Add bouillon cubes, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Scatter grapes throughout sauce.
  • Place tenderloins on top of sauce mixture, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Cook in crockpot, on high, for 3.5 hours.
  • Remove pork from crockpot. Using immersion blender, blend sauce until mostly smooth. (You'll have some grape skin that is difficult to blend but it's very tender.).
  • Return pork to crockpot, and continue cooking for 45 minutes.

  1. I made this for dinner last night and everyone really enjoyed it. I cooked it on low in the crock pot for 6 hours and I did not add the grapes (because I didn't have any). The meat came out very tender with so much flavor. Thanks for a great recipe!

  3. This is so-o-o-o good! I did not add the grapes but the cranberry sauce gave it a sweet taste and then the beef cubes added the salty taste. I cooked mine in the oven. All my sons loved it! You gotta try it!
