Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken

  • Place chicken in crockpot.
  • Add lemon juice and can of pineapples with juice, arranging pineapples to cover chicken (If you prefer cold pineapples to eat with your meal, you may use just half the can and save the rest for later).
  • Set crock pot on low for at least 4-8 hours or high for 3-5.

  2. As provided, this recipe is bland. I added 2T of soy sauce, minced garlic (I used about 1T) and ginger (I used fresh and about 1", but you could use ground). Ginger and garlic are items that need to be adjusted to your tastes.
