- 1 small green pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 ounces carrots, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces parsnips, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 5 ounces pineapple juice or 5 ounces orange juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Put all ingredients bar the flour in the crock pot.
- Cook for 8-10 hours.
- Blend in the flour with a small amount of water about 30 minutes before serving.
