This is my take on Rustic Chicken and Artichokes (Slow Cooker) by Imkga. This might be just a little lower in sodium, but I could be wrong.
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1⁄2 cup dry red wine
- 1⁄2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 ounce chicken gravy mix
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- Mix all above ingredients in the crock-pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve over noodles, rice or couscous.
