  1. Combine all ingredients and gently shape into a round loaf.
  2. Place on a trivet in crock pot.
  3. Cover and cook on low, about 7 to 8 hours.
  4. Serve with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
  5. Chill leftovers and slice for sandwiches the next day.
