  • Put all ingredients except green onion and sour cream into the crock pot Cook on low 7 hours.
  • Come home, dish into bowls and top with sour cream and green onions if desired.
  • Enjoy!

  1. The whole family loved this soup, even those who think they are allergic to healthy food. I substituted half brown rice, used a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh and added half a cup of chopped red peppers (green would also taste great). It was a memorable dinner with crusty bread.
