    Directions:

      Break noodles into pieces. Cook according to package directions and drain.

      Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
    3. 3
      Put ground beef, noodles and remaining ingredients into crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

      This is a tastey recipe that will be made again. I did skip step one and just layed the uncooked noodles in the crock pot. I also layered the ingredients. The only thing I change was the cottage cheese to light ricotta cheese. My Mom requested the recipe after having dinner with us. Thanks again for posting an easy and flavorful recipe. Made for My-3-Chefs Fall 2009.
