  1. Combine onion and ginger in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients, except chicken, and pulse until well blended.
  2. Place chicken in a 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker and cover with sauce.
  3. Cover, set on low, and cook for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender, 3-4 hours on high. Enjoy!

Fabulous spicy and full of flavor. Warning this is spicy so be warned. Yummmm!! Thank you for this great recipe. I used fresh ginger and balsamic vinegar.
