This is a good recipe for weight watchers. It is 0 points
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 2 small yellow squash, sliced
- 2 -3 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 cup water or 1 cup vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Put all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Good basic recipe that i used as the basis of some great red sauce. Thanks!
