- 1 lb skinless chicken thigh
- 2 cups fat-free honey-dijon salad dressing
- Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray to avoid sticking.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot and cover with the salad dressing.
- Cover & cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
