    Ingredients:

    • 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken (already cooked, from the deli)
    • 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
    • 1 lime, juice of
    • 1 (1 ¼ ounce) packet fajita seasoning mix
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen peppers and onions

    Directions:

      Remove skin from chicken and pull meat off the bones. Shred and throw into a bowl.
    2. 2
      Dissolve fajitas seasoning and garlic powder/salt in the lime juice.
    3. 3
      Pour mixture over chicken and mix to coat.
    4. 4
      Add chicken mixture, salsa, peppers and onions to the crock pot.
    5. 5
      Warm on low 3-4 hours, until heated through.

      Serve in tortillas with favorite toppings or on top of a salad.
