This recipe is from a "Calling All Cooks" local phone company cookbook. When I made it I was snowed in and all out of fresh veggies, so instead of the onion and bell pepper, I just added Mexican tomatoes for some flavor.

  1. 1. Mix salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Coat venison and place in crock pot.
  3. 3. Mix other ingredients and cover venison.
  4. 4. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours.
  5. 5. Serve with rice.
